With over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Carol Edmiston brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Asset Manager at Graymark Capital, a position she has held since 2019. Her career spans a wide range of leadership roles on the owner/operator side of the industry, where she has demonstrated exceptional skills in asset management, financial reporting and management, and strategic project oversight.
Before joining Graymark Capital, Carol worked as an Independent Consultant for seven years, collaborating with real estate investment companies. Her work focused on asset management, financial reporting, and special projects.
Earlier in her career, Carol spent 17 years at Spieker Properties/Equity Office, where she served as General Manager. In this capacity, she was responsible for overseeing the operations of approximately 200,000 square feet of Class A office buildings, leading both asset operations on all levels and company-level initiatives. Carol holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Sacramento State University. She is known for her strategic approach, leadership, and deep understanding of commercial real estate, making her a valuable asset to both Graymark Capital and the broader real estate community.
